This page explains what Orbital collects through this website. It is a plain-language summary, not legal advice.

The access request form

If you send the form we store the details you type (name, business name, email, phone if given, what you run, team size and message) so we can reply to your request. We use them only to respond to you. We do not sell them or share them for advertising.

To limit abuse we keep a one-way scrambled fingerprint of your network address, never the address itself.

Cookies and tracking

This website sets no cookies and uses no advertising or analytics trackers.

Deleting your details

Ask us and we will delete your access request. Reply to any message we send you, and say so.

The Orbital app

Businesses that use the app (at user.myorbitalcrm.com) control their own customer, guest and client records. Each business has its own separate workspace, over encrypted connections, with security events logged.
